Park Grand London Kensington Hotel

The hotel has a very convenient location near tube station and museums with great restaurant options nearby. The evening meal was fantastic. However, the breakfast lacked variety and the room had evidence of smoking. The staff were unhelpful and the pricing for services was not transparent. Would recommend exploring other lodging options.

Omg, 😍 the hot drinks near reception with eclairs and lollies were a sweet touch! 🍬 super friendly staff and clean rooms. Only downside - breakfast was a bit meh. Still, overall a fab stay!

The location was perfect for getting in and out of London easily, with convenient transport options nearby. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of subtitles on the TV and the heating issues in the room, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower in the room was particularly enjoyable after a long day of travel.

Despite a small room initially, the helpful staff, Faheem and Anna, ensured we were relocated to a larger room. The hotel's prime location near metro stations and attractions made exploring easy. Friendly and attentive staff, along with a great restaurant, contributed to a pleasant stay. Staff training improvements needed for better customer service.

The room had such a cozy vibe, and the bed was like a cloud! The view was stunning and made my mornings magical. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was super friendly.

I personally found the room a bit smaller than I expected.

The room had a microwave, which was convenient for heating up leftovers. the wifi was free and accessible in both the public spaces and the room. the hotel was located very close to an underground station, making it easy to get around the city.

The walls were thin, and I could hear people in neighboring rooms and in the hallway talking and shouting, even in the middle of the night. It was quite unpleasant.

Our bedroom was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options to choose from. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond, decorating our bed with rose petals and chocolates and even surprising us with a complimentary bottle of wine. We were truly impressed and felt so special!

I chose this hotel for a work meeting as it's conveniently located for business purposes, being close to Earls Court Exhibition Centre and Olympia Exhibition Centre. The fully equipped meetings and events venue provided a stylish and professional environment that catered to all my business needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a quieter and more conducive environment for conducting business meetings, away from any potential disturbances or noise.

I was drawn to Kensington Gardens and chose London for its convenient location. The Concierge team pleasantly surprised me with their excellent service and a lovely selection of freshly made finger sandwiches, scones, and a pot of tea.

During our recent stay at a hotel in the Kensington area, my partner and I had a wonderful experience. the staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and understanding, especially considering my partner's limited mobility after her operation. the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and a fantastic shower. the bed was absolutely incredible, so big and comfortable that we didn't want to leave it! the hotel was conveniently located near an underground station, making it easy for us to explore all that London has to offer. we were impressed by the friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfort provided by the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lovely, safe neighborhood near Earl's Court station. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, mini bar, and flatscreen TV with lots of channels. The shower is fabulous with a rainforest feature and traditional taps.

The hotel suffered from a weak Wi-Fi signal, making it difficult to stay connected while in the room.

Compared to my previous stays, the staff at this hotel were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help without accepting responsibility for their error. the rooms were very neat and clean, the restaurant and bar/lounge area were pleasant. the breakfast was average for the price, but the veg sausage in the bathroom was a nice touch. the location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the Earl's Court tube station and close to many attractions like the Royal Albert Hall and the museums. the hotel is surrounded by a variety of eating and drinking options, so you don't have to venture far for a good meal or a pint.
